Bara Brith is a traditional Welsh tea bread made with mixed dried fruits, commonly soaked in tea. It’s delicious when spread with (Welsh) salted butter! It is commonly made to celebrate the feast day of St David, patron saint of Wales, on March 1. Space is limited to 16 adults.
Offering: Adults $50, Children ages 6-12 years old are free with a paying adult.

Pam Hardiman creates vibrant liturgical fiber art at her studios in Farmington, CT, and Ludlow, VT, including banners, paraments, vestments, and clothing. Author of Raise the Banners High!, Pam has done this work full time since 2004. Her work is in churches, schools, hospitals, and retreat centers (including Holy Family) across the country and around the world. When not creating in her studio she can be found in her kitchen baking delicious breads and other tasty treats.
